With currently 15 technical plastics developed in-house, NEVO3D has also earned a first-class reputation in the filament sector. But this reputation is not only based on the impressive variety of products, but above all on qualitative arguments:

3D printing filaments from NEVO3D

Filaments from NEVO3D are flame-retardant, UV and temperature resistant up to over 100 °C, electrostatic dissipative, food-safe, abrasion-resistant and chemical-resistant and have, among other things, aviation certifications.

The development of our own technical plastics is of course tailored to the processing with the EVO-lizer 3D printers. And what is even more important: when necessary, tailored to specific customer requirements.

ABS (Acrylnitril-Butadiene-Styrene)

Versatile post-processing options (sanding, painting, gluing, fillers) 

ABS-ESD(Acrylnitril-Butadiene-Styrene ESD)

  Electrostatically dissipative (energy-absorbing) plastic, used in the electrical industry and in powder processing. 

ABS-FR (Acrylnitril-Butadiene-Styrene fire retardant)

  Flame-retardant ABS, developed for mechanical engineering and the electrical industry. 


High abrasion resistance, use on moving parts.

PA-CF (Polyamide + Carbon fiber)

Carbon fiber reinforced polyamide for high specific strength 


  Soluble support material is required to create undercuts and overhangs.

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer)

  Thermoplastic elastomer with a Shore hardness of 98 A, ideal for elastic or sealing parts. 

ASA (Acrylester-Styrene-Acrlnitrile)

High UV and weather resistance, used outdoors.

Many possibilities – many colors

  Many colors are available, and special colors are also possible from 25 kg 


  As an open system, the EVO-lizer offers maximum flexibility in the material used and is compatible with all 1.75 mm filaments from other manufacturers. 


Combines the high strength and heat resistance of PC, as well as the easy processing of ABS. 

​PLA (Polylactide)

Compostable biopolymer, slightly shiny surface, is used in design and architecture. 

PET (Polyethylene Terehthalate)

Food grade polymer, used in food processing and packaging. 


Fire-retardant polymer with approval EN-45545-2 R1/HL3
